Kickboxing is a form of boxing based on kicking and punching and can be practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or for competition. It is a high-intensity work out and will entail pad work with a variety of drills.
Clients of FST will benefit from an increased range of motion, pain relief, muscular balance, less risk of injury, improved posture, increased energy, improved circulation and decreased joint impingement. FST will be beneficial for someone running a marathon, as well as someone who is stuck at a desk all day!
